It’s time to take Planet Coaster 2 to the movies with its new art-deco-inspired Silver Screen DLC pack. Embracing a love of studio lot exploration and celebrating film at theme parks, Frontier Developments announced that, for the first time, players will be able to craft their own movie sets, cinematic backdrops, and even skyscrapers that call back to the Art Deco architecture of Hollywood’s golden age.
This homage to the silver screen comes after the game’s Parades DLC, which expanded the life of your park with parades modeled after Disney’s Festival of Fantasy. Now, we’re getting a little nod to Universal Studios, and that’s cool. While the Studio Pack brought Hollywood to Planet Coaster, the Silver Screen DLC is bringing that to its sequel, and it’s even bringing items from the original Studio Pack too.

What is new in the Planet Coaster 2: Silver Screen DLC?
The Planet Coaster 2: Silver Screen DLC doesn’t just introduce all of the bells and whistles for building sets; it’s also bringing seven new rides to the game. You can see those listed below. But we don’t just have rides; the new DLC also brings players the Cinema, where park goers can catch a film.
And don’t forget the over 650 versatile scenery items and 100 animatronics, including enhanced returning items from Planet Coaster’s Studio Pack, adding a backlot to any park is easy. Then, with the new skyscrapers to add, players will also have a wide range of vehicles as they build their own metropolis. Players can also expect a new entertainer, Cornell Butterworth, to keep their guests excited.

What is new in Free Update 11?
This update introduces highly requested features like: queue wait signs, five concession counters, and on-ride photos for flumes and tracked rides. Plus, as usual, the Free Update 11 that releases with the new DLC will also include bug fixes.
