With 15 years of history, the Stuntman series is returning for its third iteration with Stuntman: Hollywood. Arcade-based and focused on quick play, this iteration is embracing the big screen for its courses.

Stuntman: Hollywood is an arcade racing game developed and published by Saber Interactive that has players perform dangerous stunts for some of the most renowned Universal franchises. One of the biggest and potentially most exciting new features for Stuntman: Hollywood compared to previous games is that now players will be doing stunts from actual movie franchises such as Back to the Future, Fast & Furious, Miami Vice, and more.

Players won’t be doing scene-by-scene shots from any of these movies, and all of the stunt stages in the game are more inspired by the franchises, but the stunt stages. Still, they will have the proper settings and be quite noticeable for anyone who is familiar with the movies. The next big thing is that players will be using icon vehicles from these franchises when doing specific stages.
During Summer Game Fest 2026, we got to go hands-on with the upcoming game and check out a few of these stages. Stages only last around three to five minutes, so players are really just hopping in and out like doing bursts of adrenaline. Stuntman: Hollywood is a relatively simple game that does take quite a bit to master.
The controls showcase this as they are relatively quite easy, as it is just gas, brake, handbrake, and boost. However, trying to master the array stunts can be quite challenging. There are a variety of stunts players will have to perform, such as passing a moving car closely, drifting around corners, launching off ramps, avoiding obstacles, or, in some cases, running through obstacles.
With big hits, Stuntman: Hollywood, the franchise is going all out with IP collaborations.
As players drive through the stage, their stunt coordinator and visual icons will tell the player what they need to do in the upcoming stunt. Players will then get grades of red, yellow, or green representing how well they did for each stunt. The driving by design is more arcade style, allowing players to drive as recklessly as possible, so long as they hit the stunts, so players should not expect any of the steering and handling to be like the more sim franchise, Forza.
Stuntman: Hollywood won’t be for everyone, since it’s really about racing through fast-paced stages for a few minutes at a time while embodying Hollywood’s most important and underappreciated workers. For players who are looking for a new arcade racing game and want to experience and drive some of Hollywood’s most iconic vehicles, this game should have plenty to offer.
