Prime Video unveiled the official trailer and set a November 10, 2025, premiere date for BAT-FAM, an all-new animated action-comedy series from DC and Warner Bros. Animation. The announcement was made at New York Comic Con 2025 (NYCC) and confirmed that the half-hour series, a follow-up to the hit holiday film Merry Little Batman, will debut globally on Prime Video and Amazon Kids+.

BAT-FAM stars Luke Wilson as the voice of Batman/Bruce Wayne, Yonas Kibreab as Damian Wayne/Little Batman, and James Cromwell as Alfred Pennyworth, and promises to explore the chaotic lives of the superheroes as they balance saving Gotham City with family life.

The action-packed trailer screened at the NYCC panel offered a sneak peek into the ordinary lives of these extraordinary Super Heroes and the mayhem they must conquer as a family. Executive producer and showrunner Mike Roth, joined by cast members Bobby Moynihan, London Hughes, and Yonas Kibreab, shared the news and showed the first episode to attendees.

What is Prime Video’s BAT-FAM about?

BAT-FAM follows Batman, Alfred, and young Damian Wayne, who has taken on the mantle of “Little Batman,” as their household expands to accommodate a host of new residents at Wayne Manor. This new, blended family dynamic forms the core concept of the show, blending domestic comedy with action-packed heroics.

The new family members include Alicia Pennyworth, Alfred’s free-spirited grandniece; Claire, a recently reformed Super-Villain; Ra’s al Ghul, Damian’s adoring “Pap Pap” who is also Batman’s longtime nemesis; and Man-Bat, who makes the Wayne Manor belfry his new home. The series is a high-octane mix of laughter, heroics, and drama that shows this unique family always puts each other first, even while protecting the streets of Gotham City.
