The brand will treat fans to a Y2K, nostalgia-ganza through an immersive fan experience and preview at the Austin Convention Center. Loungefly lovers attending SXSW will get a closer look at the upcoming collections featuring beloved properties Jurassic Park, Strawberry Shortcake, and Popples!

Jurassic Park 30th Anniversary Collection

Loungefly SXSW Fashion Preview - Jurassic Park — But Why Tho

Loungefly’s Jurassic Park collection is giving me LIFE (finds a way)! The collection features three all-new pieces: a retro-styled crossbody bag featuring red slashes in dino-green, a Jurassic Park logo mini backpack (it glows in the dark!), and a matching zip-around wallet. The collection’s emphasis on wild design and glowing elements is all about fun, while the vegan leather is all about sustainability.

Hasbro Popples

The Popples mini backpack is poppin’. This adorable plush bag brings the cuddly character to life with electric blue fur and neon orange accents. Don’t let the adorable Popples face fool you, this is more than just a cute bag. Multiple zipper pockets mean practical storage!

Strawberry Shortcake

Loungefly SXSW Fashion Preview - Strawberry Shortcake — But Why Tho

This Strawberry Shortcake collection from Loungefly puts all the sweetness into the details. Pulling from the 80s era of inspiration, the collection boasts a darling mini backpack in a sweet candy pink with a matching zip-around wallet. The pièce de resistance is a crossbody bag in the shape of Strawberry Shortcake’s house! In true Strawberry Shortcake fashion, each piece of this collection will carry the whimsical scent of strawberries!

Check out the Loungefly immersive SXSW fan experience and fashion preview for this fabulous collection from March 12 to 15 at the Austin Convention Center, Exhibit Hall 2-5 Booth #1235. Each product will be displayed in its own themed activation, with lots of photo ops for festival attendees! Fans that aren’t attending SXSW 2023 can look forward to April when the collections will drop for the public!
