As my writing record shows, I’m a huge fan of Wuthering Waves. So when I was provided the opportunity by Razer to check out the Wuthering Waves X Razer collab set – mouse mat, wireless keyboard, and wireless mouse early, I was eager to check them out. Always happy to have a little more of Solaris-III energy in my gaming space I was eager to see what the items would offer in terms of both form and function. I wasn’t disappointed.
At 16 x 37 inches, the mouse mat easily covers my entire computer space, laying a foundation that visually ties the Wuthering Waves x Razer items together. The surface feels great to use, with the micro-weave cloth surface creating a perfect area to scroll on. The mat’s biggest strength, though, is its graphic design. Featuring a gorgeous image of the tragic resonator Denia, the design shows that whoever made it understood the character and what fans would want to see.
The central focus of the image has a strong sense of movement, with Denia’s hair and the lacing of her dress flowing around her. Denia has a mischievous energy, as the fingertips of her left hand touch her chest, overlapping her Threnodian Tacet mark, as if to say, “Who me?” Her face, adorned with a bittersweet smile, acknowledges the secrets she holds.
The art on the Wuthering Waves x Razer collaboration is the perfect choice.

Slightly to the left of her head, a second, transparent version of her face can be seen peeking from over her shoulder. This version looks wilder, clearly representing Denia when she loses control. The image as a whole looks great, and it establishes the soft pink, gray, blue, and black motif that exists throughout the item line.
The Wuthering Waves X Razer Viper V3 PRO SE feels great to use. It glides around, never missing a beat no matter how fast I’m moving. The smooth surface arc, obtuse at my palm and sloping downward at the front, fits perfectly, letting my hand rest comfortably on it.
The main buttons, wheel, and thumb buttons are responsive and well placed. I don’t have much experience with using a high-end mouse, but this feels great. No problem using it even after longer game sessions. I have had no signal loss while using it.
Visually, the mouse also looks slick. A wonderful balance of black on the main body, gray for the left and right clicks, and soft pink on the wheel and thumb buttons gives the device an elegant look. Additional details like a Start Torch Academy symbol, La-Hai Roi lettering, and an etched close-up of Denia in a more threatening mood on the right click all finish off the mouse’s look, giving it some extra WuWa flair for the fans.
The Wuthering Waves X Razer Viper V3 PRO SE has had no connection problems.

Finally, we have the Wuthering Waves X Razer Blackwidow V4 Tenkeyless Hyperspeed Wireless Keyboard. The thing I like most about this keyboard compared to others I’ve owned is the weight. This thing is built solid. I’ve had moments where, whether furiously playing a game or typing an emotional piece, I’ve struck my keyboard just a bit too hard and at too horizontal an angle and have it shift on me. That will not happen with this thing. I’d have to give it a full heel-palm strike to make this one move.
The key layout has everything right where you’d expect. Everything feels solid when typing, and the sound the keys make is nice. The clack with every tap is robust enough to add presence to the presses, but not loud enough to drive you nuts. It is capturable by a mic, so keep that in mind if you do meetings or stream/play online games on comms.
The keyboard features a trio of special buttons beneath the volume wheel. One mutes, one pauses any music player, and the third turns the number-row backlights green to show how much battery is left. These are useful little additions that optimize some real estate that would be otherwise unused.
Wuthering Waves X Razer Blackwidow V4 Tenkeyless Hyperspeed Wireless Keyboard is hard to match.

Set up was easy and getting the Bluetooth connected to my PC was no problem. Which is good, because the one element of the whole package that is absolutely deplorable is the instructions. I understand wanting to keep an aesthetic going even in the manuals, but this is a terrible example of form over function. Between the poor choice of font style and size, when I did need to read it, I sometimes had to turn on the camera of a mobile device to blow up the text.
The keyboard’s visual design goes over the top with Lahai-Roi iconography, but without sacrificing key clarity. Rather than centering the letters on the key like most devices, the Wuthering Waves x Razer BlackWidow V4 has them pushed to the top. Beneath the function symbol of each key is a stylishly implemented graphic from the game.
Letter keys feature Lahai-Roi letters beneath them, while other keys show elements like tacet marks or Denia-related imagery like her paper dolls, and the space bar features a close-up shot of the resonator herself. However, none of this superfluous imagery muddles readability, thanks to the choice to make the function symbols transparent, allowing them to be backlit by the keyboard’s standard backlighting. The blue glow makes the function icons stand out easily against the dark gray graphic imagery.
Wuthering Waves X Razer collab delivers a package that is both functional and fabulous. It performs to the level that I would expect from a respected brand like Razer, while also providing a great visual aesthetic that WuWa fans will love.
