During the Summer Game Fest 2026 showcase, South Korean video game developer and publisher Shift Up revealed the official sequel to Stellar Blade, titled Stellar Blade: BLOOD RAIN. Following the events of Stellar Blade, the trailer introduces us to the new protagonist, Evie, in an intense situation.
Taking in the scope of the world of this sequel, we’re introduced to Evie holding a vial while a voice called Canna talks to her about “The Scarlet Sin”. Evie is tracking a group, and in the tracking, the trailer offers a brief glimpse of how she’ll move through spaces before things go horribly wrong. The target’s explosive actions launch the trailer into a series of combat visuals that show how Evie moves in a fight and the damage she can take.
While details are minimal at this time surrounding the release date and story in Stellar Blade: BLOOD RAIN, it was also revealed that Shift Up will be self-publishing the title. The game is still in early development, but keep your eyes peeled for future news.
