Executive produced and narrated by Anna Lou Castoldi, granddaughter of Giallo legend Dario Argento (Suspiria, Tenebrae), the horror short is expected to hit the festival circuit in Fall 2026. So, genre fest fans, keep your eyeballs peeled.

What is Artichoke about?

The full synopsis (via Deadline) is as follows: “Held captive in a violent relationship, a woman named Cynara (Alyson Gorske) discovers a phoropter that opens a portal to another world. In a terrifying cat and mouse chase between worlds, Cynara finally comes face to face with The Man (Thomas Dekker) and must decide what she’s willing to destroy, in order to survive.”
