After a five-year wait, GoldFire Studios is finally ready to launch its first-person narrative thriller, Arctic Awakening. The game, which places you in a harrowing survival scenario, will be available on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.

Arctic Awakening is a narrative-driven adventure where you’ll face the elements and a deeper, more mysterious threat buried under the ice. You’ll explore vast landscapes, investigate strange sci-fi structures, and work with your therapy bot to find a way out of this frozen nightmare.

What is Arctic Awakening about?

In the game, you play as Kai, a pilot whose routine supply drop goes horribly wrong. A sudden storm shreds your plane in two, sending you hurtling into the freezing Arctic wilderness. Separated from your co-pilot, Donovan, and with only your unwanted therapy bot, Alfie, for company, you must brave the brutal cold to find your way to safety and uncover the mysteries behind the storm.

The game boasts a stellar cast led by Voice Director Julian Kwasneski and Narrative Consultant Evan Skolnick. The voice cast includes Jason Maniccia, Alejandro Saab, Dave B. Mitchell, Cia Court, and Mara Junot.
