Severance Season 1 takes a deep look at the workers of Lumon who sever their brains into a split consciousness. One for work, and one for leisure.

The Guardians of Justice takes a unique approach to superhero storytelling, even if Adi Shankar’s style grows self-indulgent over time.

Standing Up is a very funny drama about comedy with a great heart and demonstration of how comedy can be subversive without being offensive

Speed Republic #2 continues to push the series past my expectations with its fast-paced, high-energy art that tells a great story,

Epic in scope but intimate in its execution nothing tops the emotive beauty of AppleTV+’s Pachinko from Soo Hugh.

Avengers Forever #4 brings the battle of Earth-818 to a close while also touching upon elements from Jason Aaron’s fan-favorite Thor run.

Iron Man #18 is a reflective issue reflecting on Tony’s actions after a chaotic couple of issues. Being a god leads to a massive hangover.

Shang-Chi #10 continues to explore the fractured family tree of the Master of Kung Fu, as he travels back to the land of his mother’s birth.

Devil’s Reign: Villains for Hire #3 is a disappointing end to a promising comic. This is a series that never managed to excell itself.

X Deaths of Wolverine #5 finds Wolverine fighting his future Phalanx-infested self and launches the Second Age of Krakoa in the process.
