What is Grand Galaxy Hotel?

Grand Galaxy Hotel is set in a mysterious establishment that opens its doors only after midnight. Its clientele consists entirely of deceased souls seeking top-class service and solace. The plot is set into motion with the arrival of the hotel’s new owner, Eun-ha (Lee Do-hyun). He immediately encounters Sang-soon (Shin Si-a), the only human hotel manager, who is notable for her complete lack of fear toward the ghostly guests.

This romantic fantasy series will weave together elements of supernatural mystery and drama as the new owner and the human manager navigate the challenges of running the spectral hotel and uncovering the secrets of Eun-ha’s past. The only instruction provided for viewers is to “Step into the Grand Galaxy Hotel, only on Netflix.”
