Netmarble, a leading developer and publisher of high-quality mobile games, has released a new update for Solo Leveling ARISE that opens the next phase of the new cooperative raid. This new update introduces a new hunter, various content updates, and limited-time events as well.

Solo Leveling ARISE is an action game adaptation of the hit webtoon Solo Leveling. Taking on the role of Jinwoo, players can experience his journey through the beloved webtoon tale firsthand, leveling up, taking on dynamic battles, and creating their own combat styles by selecting various combinations of skills and weapons. Not only can players team up with hunters from the webtoon, they can summon their own “Army of Shadows” with the iconic phrase: “Arise.”

The second and final phase of the Jeju Island Alliance Raid, the game’s global cooperative event, has been released to follow the stages released during the January update. Players who previously battled the ant army and secured a path to the Queen Ant can now engage in a battle against this formidable new enemy.

More about the final phase of Solo Leveling ARISE

The final phase includes two Operations: during the Main Operation, players will attempt to subdue the Queen Ant, while the Decoy Operation has players working to attract the attention of the other ants. The Queen Ant Raid requires each player to form a team comprised of Sung Jinwoo and nine hunters, as they might for other Guild Boss challenges. Players participating in the Raid can earn various rewards, including Mana Power Extract, Special Weapon Designs for the protagonist Jinwoo, and more.

The new SSR fire-type Assassin Tawata Kanae has been added as well. She dual-wields mana-powered swords connected to wires and executes complex blade maneuvers. Her ultimate skill, “Tsuchigumo,” unleashes multiple wires to bind the enemy as she performs a stunning sword technique that cuts not just the enemy’s body but the enemy’s very lifeline.

This latest Solo Leveling ARISE update also features various content improvements, including Hard Mode for the [Workshop of Brilliant Light] Spire of Transfiguration. Players can also unlock the “Shadow Armament” feature for each of their Shadow Soldiers as the soldiers reach General grade. When a Shadow Armament is activated, Shadow can obtain a new skill and boost their basic stats.

A new Artifact slot layout has been rolled out to allow players to assign and switch between entire artifact load-outs for Sung Jinwoo and individual hunters.

New events are also arriving in the latest update

Generous rewards can be acquired by completing the new events. A new Deimos Event is now available through March 13th. Players who clear the dungeon the fastest will receive exclusive rewards on a first-come, first-served basis, including a profile background, profile icon, profile frame, and Sung Jinwoo Chroma. If over 3,000 players clear the dungeon, all event participants will receive Marks of Time I, Marks of Time II, Gold, Custom Draw Tickets, and Mana-imbued Fabric.

Valentine’s Day-themed events have also arrived: the “Sweet Valentine’s! Check-In Gift” offers check-in rewards such as Hunter Exclusive Weapon Designs, [Heroic] Skill Rune Vol.4, and more, while the “Sweet Valentine’s!” event itself offers a chance for players to acquire Mana Power Extract and various in-game items through daily missions and a mini-game. Both events run through March 13th as well.

Netmarble is gearing up for the “Solo Leveling ARISE Championship 2025 (SLC 2025)”, the first official global competition for the game. Starting today, players who have earned 1,000 or more season points from the Battlefield of Time Season 7 can sign in for the SLC 2025 until February 20, 2025, and the Preliminary rounds will kick off online on February 21, 2025. The grand finals will be held onsite in Korea on April 12, 2025.
