Bon Appétit Your Majesty follows Chef Yeon Jiyoung (Lim Yoon-a), a French-trained chef who finds herself transported back in time to a royal palace. There, she is tasked with cooking for the infamously temperamental King Yeonhui (Lee Chae-min).
