Adventuring for loot and the business of commerce have never been more intertwined as they will be in Moonlighter 2: The Endless Vault—the much-anticipated sequel to Digital Sun’s bestselling, beloved action RPG from 2019. The 11 bit studios published game is coming to PC and consoles and is set to be released in 2025.

A day passing as slowly as the current of a winding lazy river? That’s not in Will’s itinerary. Sure, he may get a moment to polish some of the goods on display in the shop or tweak his shop’s decor—but once those doors swing open and customers start pouring in, it’s all about charm, shopkeeper’s strategy, and the fine art of negotiation. But when the last deal is struck and the business day ends, there’s no time for a well-earned nap. That’s when adventure begins.

What challenges can you expect in Moonlighter 2: The Endless Vault?

In Moonlighter 2: The Endless Vault, an array of new challenges await. Featuring innovative mechanics, an expanded arsenal of weapons and gear, uncharted biomes teeming with treasures and enemies to vanquish in combat, and a fresh story to uncover—Will and his companions find themselves stranded in the mysterious village of Tresna, trapped in a dimension far from home. To get back, they’ll need to master both trade and blade.

Only in Moonlighter 2: The Endless Vault, will you:

Revive Tresna’s Splendor – You’ll invest in the village’s development by supporting local businesses, upgrading gear, and unlocking new opportunities. As Tresna flourishes, so will your shop’s fortunes.

Loot Like a Legend – You’ll prepare your gear and steel your nerves in a search for unimaginable treasures. But beware: the farther you go, the higher the stakes—and the greater the risks.

Master the Art of Shopkeeping – You’ll transform your hard-earned loot into profits by charming customers and haggling like a pro. Customize your shop with dazzling decorations to draw even more eager buyers.

Moonlighter 2: The Endless Vault is published by 11 bit studios and developed by Digital Sun, the Spanish team behind the original game, its DLC Between Dimensions, and other notable projects like Cataclismo.

Moonlighter 2: The Endless Vault is set to launch in 2025 on PC via Steam, Xbox Series X|S, and PlayStation 5.
