Starting today, Planet Zoo: Console Edition players can welcome ten fascinating new animals to their zoos with the Australia & South America bundle, expand their creations with over 480 scenery pieces inspired by these stunningly diverse regions, and rise to the challenge of a new scenario.

Arriving with the Australia Pack are the Koala, Dingo, Red Kangaroo, Southern Cassowary, and the Eastern Blue-Tongued Lizard exhibit, alongside vibrant modern and upcycled scenery and Indigenous flora and fauna. The ‘Outback Comeback’ timed scenario also allows zookeepers to test their skills as they work to raise guest happiness and provide a haven for newly adopted animals.

The South America Pack brings the Jaguar, Llama, Capuchin Monkey, Giant Anteater, and the Red-Eyed Tree Frog exhibits, as well as a stunning selection of jungle and Aztec-inspired scenery pieces from which players can craft their very own rainforests and temples.

About Planet Zoo and what these new pack additions mean

Build a world for wildlife in Planet Zoo. From the developers of Planet Coaster and Zoo Tycoon comes the ultimate zoo sim, featuring authentic living animals who think, feel and explore the world you create around them.

Experience a globe-trotting campaign, or let your imagination run wild in the freedom of Sandbox mode. Create unique habitats and vast landscapes, make big decisions and meaningful choices, and nurture your animals as you construct and manage the world’s wildest zoos.

Part of the joy of Planet Zoo is meeting a whole array of wonderful animals. Every animal in Planet Zoo is a thinking, feeling individual with a distinctive look and personality of their own. Craft detailed habitats to bring your animals’ natural environments home, research and manage each species to allow them to thrive, and help your animals raise families to pass their genes onto future generations. If you’re like me and you’ve ever been regretful of never getting into zoology, this game will tap into these dreams.

These new packs enhance the players’ experience of Planet Zoo, with the new additions amplifying what would be expected in a real-life zoo—or, at least, as close as one can get. This is the safest people like me can get to handling a jaguar

The Australia and South America packs are each available separately for an SRP of £7.99/$9.99/€9.99 or as a bundle for the discounted price of £11.99/$14.99/€14.99.
