Phoenix Labs has revealed Fae Farm: Coasts of Croakia, the first major content update for their magically cozy farm sim that invites players to escape with friends into an enchanted world filled with wonder.

Fae Farm puts players in the role of adventurers invited to join a friendly community and create a home while restoring harmony to the land of Azoria. Alone or with friends, players will build out their homesteads, explore varied environments, gather resources, and plumb the depths of the world to uncover the magic they’ll need to rebuild Azoria. Built with cooperative experiences in mind, Fae Farm enables seamless drop-in drop-out play through online and local wireless, so players can easily build farms, take on quests, and adventure together.

The new DLC invites players to a new realm where they’ll meet mysterious new characters and take on brand-new quests. Players can look forward to exciting encounters and discoveries, brand-new gameplay mechanics, and more. We had this to say about the game at launch:

“Player agency is the core of Fae Farm, and achieving that is a hard feat. By building such a robust list of features and systems that look at all of the individual elements that make cozy games fun and always thinking about co-op play, Fae Farm is a success for the genre, ensuring you can get cozy in whatever way you find your peace. Cozy, dynamic, and fun, Fae Farm is well worth the many hours you’ll spend in Azoria.”

The adorable and colorful trailer shows new scenes from the DLC. It gives a very small glimpse of Croakia and introduces players to a giant frog. With the help of your new magical croaking friend, you’ll find your way to Croakia.

Fae Farm: Coasts of Croakia is available December 14, 2023, as a free content update for Nintendo Switch players, and included in the Deluxe Edition on PC.
