Eight New Civilizations & Nine New Leaders, including the Mayans, Vietnamese, and Byzantines, bringing the count of playable great leaders to over 50.
Six New Game Modes introduces various new ways to play, including recruitable heroes from history and myth, the ability to dial-up natural disasters in Apocalypse Mode, and secret societies that can enhance or undermine empires.
New personas for Teddy Roosevelt and Catherine De Medici, complete with new looks, gameplay bonuses, and more when leading America and France.

To celebrate the launch of Sid Meier’s Civilization VI – New Frontier Pass on iOS, the base game and all in-app purchases are on sale for up to 50% off until August 31. Players can try the base game for free for 60 turns, and buy it for just $4.99 as part of the launch sale, its lowest price ever.

Originally created by legendary game designer Sid Meier, Civilization is a turn-based strategy series where players attempt to build an empire to stand the test of time. The latest entry in the franchise, Civilization VI, offers new ways to engage with the world: cities now physically expand across the map; actions help boost technology and civics research, and competing leaders pursue their own agendas based on their historical traits as players race to achieve victory.
