Bandai Namco Entertainment announced that Character Pass 3 for One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4 is available for pre-order, bringing a new cast of playable characters, customization options, and bonus content. The new character pass adds DLC 7 and 8, which include six new characters. The first addition, fan-favorite Rob Lucci CP-0, arrives in Fall 2025.
The latest Character Pass also includes a bonus, Shanks’ Special Technique “Divine Departure,” along with new outfits for characters. The pass continues to expand the game’s roster, which has sold over 4 million copies globally.

New Characters Join the Crew In Character Pass 3
The Character Pass 3 will add three new characters in DLC 7 this fall, including Rob Lucci CP-0. Lucci, also known as the “Massacre Weapon,” is the strongest member of the Cipher Pol 0 assassin unit. The Character Pass 3 introduces new movesets for players to take on hordes of enemies and additional character outfits.
- Eneru: The former tyrannical “God” of Skypiea, who once destroyed his homeland with his Goro Goro no Mi power. After being defeated by Monkey D. Luffy, he became the new ruler of the moon.
- King: A member of the near-extinct Lunarian race from the Red Line, known as King the Conflagration. He can create fire and serves as Kaidou’s right-hand man and one of the three All-Stars of the Beasts Pirates.
- Z: Also known as “Black Arm” Zephyr, Z was a former Marine Admiral and instructor who became the Neo Marines’ Supreme Commander after his resignation.
A Grand Adventure Continues
Koei Tecmo Games developed One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4, which combines the thrilling action of the Warriors series with the popular One Piece anime. Players can experience key arcs and environments from the series, including Whole Cake Island, along with an exclusive original Wano story.
