Netflix keeps investing in Korean variety shows and reality TV. Now, get ready to have your detective skills tested, as the popular reality mystery show Agents of Mystery is back for a second season. Agents of Mystery Season 2 will center on a team of investigators tackling mysteries that exist beyond the boundaries of science and is set to return to Netflix with an all-new season promising more mind-bending puzzles and enhanced team chemistry.

Directed by the veteran of mystery reality TV, Jeong Jong-yeon, known for his work on The Devil’s Plan, Great Escape, and High School Mystery Club, the first season was widely praised for its intricate world-building and unpredictable missions.

Director Jeong Jong-yeon shared his enthusiasm for the season in a release in the Netflix Newsroom, “With a new member joining, Season 2 saw the cast and crew working together with incredible synergy, and the chemistry among the agents has reached new heights.”

What to Expect From Agents of Mystery Season 2: Cast

The core cast from the first season will be returning for another round of inexplicable adventures. Lee Yong-jin, John Park, Lee Hye-ri, Kim Do-hoon, and KARINA are all reprising their roles. They will be joined by a new agent, Gabee, who is set to shake up the team dynamic.

New Missions, Evolved Team for Season 2

Agents of Mystery Season 2 promises to push the boundaries even further with evolved missions set in a new world. The anticipation is high as fans wonder how the new season will build upon the success of the first. The returning agents are also back with enhanced abilities:

  • Lee Yong-jin: The leader, known for his wit and guidance.
  • John Park: The team’s brilliant strategist.
  • Lee Hye-ri: The clue-finder who thrives under pressure.
  • Kim Do-hoon: The fearless agent who takes bold action.
  • KARINA: The secret weapon with a sharp instinct.

The addition of Gabee, a fan favorite from Street Woman Fighter and Diva Gabee Girl, is expected to bring a refreshing new energy to the team. Known for her ability to connect with anyone, Gabee will utilize her quick wit and strong adaptability to tackle the new mysteries. 

The new season of Agents of Mystery will be exclusively available for streaming on Netflix on February 27, 2026.
