Polden and Button Mash are excited to announce Final Sentence, a nerve-rackingly intense typing battle royale game coming to Steam this summer. For all of us who grew up on typing games, this one is for us.

Could you type perfectly if your life depended on it? Grab your keyboard and face off in a fast-paced competition for up to 100 players, but don’t let the pressure or your rivals get the best of you!

Type to save your life and vanquish your foes in this thrilling battle royale showdown for 40-100 players. Go as fast and accurately as you can, but try not to concentrate on that revolver pointing to your head because each mistake could be your last. How fast can you type with your life on the line? May the best typist win!

What can players expect from Final Sentence?

This is not just a typing game. It’s a stress-inducing trip down into the void, with the clock ticking down to your doom with each failed keystroke. Here is every feature that Polden and Button Mash have coming our way so far:

Every Letter Counts

This is diabolical and will put the fear of God in any typist. 40 to 100 players enter and face off with the same text prompt, but only one can survive. Each mistake could be your last, but you’ll have to type fast to beat your rivals!

Fast-Paced And Relentless Competition

Death or victory comes swiftly and mercilessly, as each round lasts between 3-5 minutes. Improve your skills, or else perish. It’s that simple. I don’t know about you, but a ticking clock always gets me panicking. It sounds like the perfect recipe for stress.

F Is For Friendship, So Bond With Your Friends

Will this be the game that breaks up friendships like Mario Kart? Get your pals together in a special mode featuring 4-6 tables positioned opposite each other, allowing you all to see what’s happening with one another. See whether or not you can defeat your loved ones, but more importantly, will your friendship still survive after a major typing battle?

It’s All About Community

Join sessions with others in matchmaking or play exclusively in your own lobby with dozens of players, perfect for large groups like influencers and their communities.

Ultimately, Improve Your Skills

This is the least stressful feature, but it will allow you to level up. With in-game statistics and dashboards, you can keep track of your progress against friends or other players in your league.

Final Sentence is available to wishlist on Steam now and will launch this summer. Check out Final Sentence’s new cinematic trailer, and start stretching those wrists now. You’re gonna need it.
