In recent years Netflix has become a home for some of the most addictive reality series available. Not every single attempt is a winner, with plenty of shows trying to captilize on certain trends (see: Is It Cake?) However, there’s plenty more that are instant draws. There’s the weekly must-watch dating reality series,  Singles Inferno. Elsewhere, competition series such as the glass-blowing centered Blown Away or makeup based Glow Up shine. Physical 100 fans will get a similar type of serotonin boost from the female led competition series Siren: Survive the Island.

With the return of the eagerly anticipated Physical 100 Season 2 we’re once again reminded of the many binge-worthy reality series available on Netflix. From influencers to weight lifting, here are the four major reality series available on Netflix this April.
