The ending theme song, “Twilight,” for TASOKARE HOTEL, is performed by Rib. Eve, the singer-songwriter who works closely with Rib, tailored the ending theme song for him. Rib shared his feelings on performing the ending theme song: “I was deeply moved to be able to work with Eve, again in this way. I sang the song with all my heart. I hope you enjoy the usual bittersweet stories that take place in Tasokare Hotel, along with our music.”

Eve also added his comments: “I am honored to be able to contribute a song to such a wonderful anime project. Once again, I am very happy to have the opportunity to work with Rib, a long-time friend and respected singer. I hope you will enjoy his singing and the song presented.”

What is Tasokare Hotel about?

The “Tasogare (Twilight) Hotel” never sees afternoon, nor does it see night, but rather exists in a state of endless twilight.

This hotel exists in a limbo state, a place where souls who have not yet decided if they are meant to pass on to the afterlife or remain in the world of the living can rest their wings. The protagonist, Neko Tsukahara, comes across this “Tasogare (Twilight) Hotel” with no memory of who she is or how she came to be there.

An employee leads the way and shows Neko to her room, explaining, “In these rooms, there should be items related to our guests’ memories. These items can also serve as clues to help our guests remember who they were before they arrived here.” As Neko searches for a way to return to this world and remember who she was, a certain incident confronts her.
