Season two of Marvel’s Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur is fast approaching as Marvel sets up their 2024 television release schedule. Following the Emmy Award-nominated first season, season two will premiere on February 2 on the Disney Channel and Disney XD. Based on the comics by Brandon Montclare, Amy Reeder, Natacha Bustos, and Jack Kirby, the animated series offers a change of pace for the MCU.

What is Marvel’s Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur About?

Based on Marvel’s hit comic books, the series follows the adventures of 13-year-old super-genius Lunella Lafayette and her 10-ton T-Rex, Devil Dinosaur, as they protect her Lower East Side neighborhood from danger.

In season two, Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur are in their element as superheroes; however, as Moon Girl’s superhero-ing intertwines more with her personal life, she must decide if the cost of keeping her identity a secret is worth the toll it takes on her family.

What is the Release Date?

Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur debuts Friday, February 2 (8:00 p.m. EST), on Disney Channel and Disney XD with two episodes. The first batch of season two episodes will be available on Saturday, Feb. 3, on Disney+. Season one is now streaming.
