The treatments invented at St. Jude have helped push the overall childhood cancer survival rate from 20 percent to more than 80 percent. Families never receive a bill from St. Jude for treatment, travel, housing, or food – because all a family should worry about is helping their child live. St. Jude won’t stop until no child dies from cancer. St. Jude freely shares the discoveries it makes, and every child saved at St. Jude means doctors and scientists worldwide can use that knowledge to go on to save even more children.

In this episode, you can learn how you can contribute to St. Jude’s lifesaving mission too. This October, we’re raising money for St. Jude, in partnership with St. Jude PLAY LIVE. Our fundraising goal is $5,000 and as we hit milestones along the way, our community will unlock a variety of rewards.

When you donate, you’ll be able to redeem rewards that make our hosts do a variety of challenges like eating candy corn, doing a TikTok dance challenge, and even let their kids hit them with some pillows. To learn more or donate visit stjude.org/butwhytho.
