Made in Korea, Hyun Bin’s latest project has already been renewed for Season 2 before the first season has even hit the air. Set to debut on Disney+ on December 24, 2025, Hyun Bin fans got an early Christmas present during Disney+‘s showcase of its upcoming Japanese, Korean, and global content slate through 2026.

The series marks Hyun’s return to dramas since the meteoric success of Crash Landing On You globally, as well as his wedding to his Crash Landing co-star, Yun Se-ri. While actor Hyun has been away from the small screen, he did star in 2024’s Harbin, a historic spy thriller which screened at TIFF and other international film festivals.

The series is written by the screenwriting duo of Park Eun-kyo and Park Joon-seok, known for their work on the Toronto International Film Festival-selected  A Normal Family. Woo Minho directs, and Hive Media Corp handles production.
