What is Fall in! Love about?

The narrative follows Jung-seok, the seemingly flawless CEO of a prominent outdoor camping brand. Jung-seok has spent years reinventing himself, transitioning from a timid soldier into a confident, self-made leader with an orderly life.
However, his composure is thrown into chaos when his former military superior, A-mi—known by her formidable call sign “Viper”—joins his company as a rookie employee. A-mi is a legendary former Special Forces officer who finds herself struggling to navigate the nuances of civilian life and the rigid hierarchy of an office environment.
This reunion sets the stage for an unpredictable and high-stakes romantic tug-of-war. As the power dynamics from their military past collide with their new professional relationship, the series delves into the humor and tension of their evolving bond. The core concept centers on whether their past history will hinder or ignite a new kind of connection as they navigate their flipped roles of CEO and entry-level subordinate.
