Like every year, the NFL season has shown just how much a player can improve from the time that player OVRs and development traits are assigned in the Madden cycle. And now, Madden 26 has gotten the mid-season X-Factor shuffle, and a Superstar shuffle, too, for that matter, in the November Title Update.
What does this mean for folks in franchises? Well, nothing since your Online Franchise is not impacted by changing player ratings. Whether you want to petition your league to make adjustments is your burden to seek, and as someone playing for the Buccaneers, I wish I had the energy to do so.

Mid-Season X-Factor Shuffle
Below you will find the full list of new X-Factor and Superstars, along with the abilities that they have been given because of the mid-season shuffle.
From early favorites for MVP, like Baker Mayfield, to players putting their whole team on their backs like De’Von Achane, the mid-season shuffle is taking into account players having defining seasons even if their teams aren’t. On the other side of things, players like Travis Kelce and Tua Tagovailoa are losing their dev traits.
