One of the most exciting things for Avatar fans is sure to be the cards with a very special treatment – scenes from the series.

Avatar: The Last Airbender Bonus Sheet Cards

The Bonus sheet cards we’re debuting bring some important ATLA scenes directly to Magic, and they do so by reprinting some pretty impactful cards.

The one that stands out the most is the one that we’re leading with: Cityscape Leveler. Yes, this reprint is sure to excite people. But another big get for the ATLA Magic: The Gathering set is Koma, Cosmos Serpent, who gets a new life as the Monstrous Serpent, for this Avatar: The Last Airbender set.

Cityscape Leveler | 8 Colorless Mana

Sacrifice another Serpent: Choose 1—

  • Tap target permanent. Its activated abilities can’t be activated this turn.
  • The Monstrous Serpent gains indestructible until the end of turn.

Rending Volley deals 4 damage to target white or blue creature.

Main ATLA Magic The Gathering set cards

The first two cards, “Bitter Work” and “Enter the Avatar State,” may be low cost, but their impact can be high, especially for the early turns that they’re meant to play.

Bitter Work | 1 Colorless, 1 Red, 1 Green Mana

Bitter Work is here to make red/green decks pop, with the new Exhaust mechanic that allows the player to Earthbend, making Land become creatures with haste. At only three mana total, it’s an easy call to play it early and start aggressively.

Enchantment

Whenever you attack a player with one or more creatures with power 4 or greater, draw a card.

Exhaust  — 4 Colorless Mana: Earthbend 4. Activate only during your turn. (Target land you control becomes a 0/0 creature with haste that’s still a land. Put four +1/+1 counters on it. When it dies or is exiled, return it to the battlefield tapped. Activate each exhaust ability only once.)

Enter The Avatar State | 1 White Mana

At one mana cost, Enter the Avatar State offers an easy way to save either a lone creature that you’re using as a blocker, stop flying damage, or turn the tide and be used for offense. It’s a little card with a lot of heft for the cost.

Instant — Lesson

Until the end of the turn, target creature you control becomes an Avatar in addition to its other types and gains flying, first strike, lifelink, and hexproof. (A Creature with hexproof can’t be the target of spells or abilities your opponents control)

Flavor Text: “The glow is the combination of all your past lives, focusing their energy through your body.” —Avatar Roku

The ATLA Magic The Gathering set is releasing on November 21, 2025 and are open for pre-order now.
