During PAX West, Wizards of the Coast’s Magic: The Gathering revealed the first look at some of Marvel’s Spider-Man Secret Lair Superdrop—the Daily Bugle treatment. Now, we’re getting a deeper look at what fans can expect from the upcoming superdrop, and it’s gnarly.

The brand new Marvel’s Spider-Man Secret Lair Superdrop is bringing six new drops that focus on different elements of the iconic comic character and his world. This Secret Lair drop celebrates one of the world’s most beloved Super Heroes. It features powerful Magic staples with artwork that complements the cards from the Magic: The Gathering | Marvel’s Spider-Man release.

From top to bottom, it’s clear that folks at Magic: The Gathering understand Spider-Man both as a symbol for his fans and as a comic book character. The art is perfect, and the choice of classic cards to adapt to the comic book world of Spider-Man is tuned into some of the best ways to bridge a pop culture staple into a trading card game.

What can we find in Marvel’s Spider-Man Secret Lair Superdrop?
