iRacing Studios and NASCAR have officially unveiled the cover stars for the upcoming racing title, NASCAR 25, featuring three of the sport’s biggest names. The reveal took place at the iconic Daytona International Speedway, home of the Coke Zero Sugar 400 race. The cover features William Byron, the 2024 and 2025 Daytona 500 champion; Christopher Bell, the 2025 NASCAR All-Star Race champion; and Ryan Blaney, the 2023 NASCAR Cup Series champion.

About the honor, Byron said in a release to press, “It’s really special to be on the cover because it’s one of those moments in your career where you feel like you’ve made it.”

Bell added in the same release, “I just remember being a kid and going every single year when the new games would come out, and I’d wait to see who was going to be on the cover. The fact that I’m on the cover is something that I never would have dreamed of in a million years.”

The NASCAR 25 Soundtrack Goes Beyond Just Country

If there is one thing that sports games are known for, it’s the diverse and absolutely banging soundtracks regardless of sport. In addition to the cover reveal, iRacing Studios unveiled the official soundtrack for NASCAR 25, a collection of adrenaline-pumping tracks to accompany the intense racing action.

What to expect from NASCAR 25

iRacing has shared that NASCAR 25 will feature all four premier NASCAR series – the NASCAR Cup Series, Xfinity Series, Craftsman Truck Series, and, appearing along NASCAR series in a standalone title for the first time, the ARCA Menards Series. The four series are also playable in other gameplay modes such as quick races, seasons, and online multiplayer, but Career Mode is their staple.

  • Career Mode: All four series, along with real drivers from each, will feature extensively in NASCAR 25’s Career Mode, where you’ll customize your own driver and vehicles, manage contracts, money, facility, and staff, and make strategic choices on and off the track that play a pivotal role in your journey to becoming a NASCAR Cup Series champion.

NASCAR 25 is the first standalone NASCAR console title produced by iRacing, who are looking to bring its decades of racing expertise – including developers who worked on fan-favorite NASCAR games like NASCAR Racing 2003, NASCAR: Dirt to Daytona, and entries from the NASCAR Thunder series – to NASCAR 25.

What is the NASCAR 25 release date?

NASCAR 25 will be released on October 14, 2025, for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S, with a PC release on Steam to follow.
