Electronic Arts continues to expand the roster of officially licensed content in EA Sports FC 26. Last week, the studio confirmed a series of new and exclusive multi-year partnerships that will up the immersion for players of the annual franchise. This includes more EA Sports FC 26 stadiums, among other additions.
The game will feature over 20,000 athletes, 750+ clubs and national teams, 120+ stadiums, and 35+ leagues, all powered by more than 300 global football partners. As the developer has highlighted with each preview and release to the media, they state that the decisions to expand official partnerships were shaped by community feedback, reflecting the franchise’s commitment to authenticity.
“Everything we’ve added to FC 26 has been shaped by the voices of our community,” said James Taylor, Director of Football Partnerships at EA SPORTS FC, in a release to press. “From the return of iconic stadiums and clubs fans have called for, to expanding representation in women’s football at the highest level — every new addition reflects our commitment to authenticity and to celebrating the incredible diversity of the world’s game.”
