Sink Your Teeth: A Tokyo Ghoul Celebration has a runtime of 147 minutes and is based on the manga series written and illustrated by Sui Ishida. Like many of the anime franchise “films” released in the last few years, Sink Your Teeth: A Tokyo Ghoul Celebration is a collection of episodes cut together as a film, which anime studios and distributors have coined as “compilation films.”

For Sink You Teeth, Crunchyroll and Sony Pictures Entertainment are partnering to distribute the compilation film, which will include Season 1 episodes:

  • Episode 1
  • Episode 5
  • Episode 8
  • Episode 10
  • Episode 11
  • Episode 12

This compilation film showcases the best hits of the series, bringing Ken Kaneki’s story to life for new audiences and celebrating the property for existing fans. If you’re in the former, Tokyo Ghoul tells the story of Ken Kaneki, a quiet college student whose life is dramatically changed when a date with the mysterious Rize Kamishiro goes awry.

From that moment, he is transformed into a ghoul. In a world where ghouls—human-like creatures who survive on human flesh—and humans are at war, Kaneki must navigate his new existence as a human-ghoul hybrid.

If you want to catch up with the series, all three seasons of Tokyo Ghoul, as well as Tokyo Ghoul √A and Tokyo Ghoul:re, are currently available to stream on Crunchyroll.
