Developer 91Act is bringing the highly-rated Steam hit to mobile worldwide on July 22nd, 2025. Pre-registration is now open on Google Play and the App Store.

91Act was founded in Chengdu, China in 2014 and is a global game developer with representative works including BLAZBLUE REVOLUTION REBURNING and Dengeki Bunko: Crossing Void. Team ACT, a veteran team of action game creators, have worked to refine a unique 2D Action battle experience in Entropy Effect.

BlazBlue Entropy Effect is a spin-off of the renowned BlazBlue fighting game series, standing alongside titans like Street Fighter and Guilty Gear. This side-scrolling action-adventure roguelike combines the series’ flashy, deeply satisfying combat with an original storyline.

It features a growing roster of iconic characters such as Ragna the Bloodedge, Noel Vermillion, and HAZAMA, with Bullet as the latest addition. The fast-paced, fluid action has garnered a “Very Positive” rating on Steam with 94% positive reviews from over 25,000 players.

The mobile version of BlazBlue Entropy Effect, previously only available in China, expands its reach globally this month. Players can experience the game in 9 supported languages, including English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Japanese, French, German, Spanish-Spain, Portuguese-Brazil, and Russian.

  • Unlockable Characters: Unlock additional characters from the BlazBlue universe using “Analyzer” in-app purchases.
  • No Gacha: Enjoy direct character unlocks without any “gacha” style mechanics.
  • Crossover Character: Unlock the free crossover character ICEY after progressing through the game and unlocking a certain number of BlazBlue characters.

New Character: Bullet. The newest playable character, Bullet, is now available through recent DLC. Activating her Potential grants a power-up state, allowing for fast, long-range lunges.
