The second part of NEXON’s Global MapleStory’s summer update, Stargazer, is now live bringing the deep-sea world of DAVE THE DIVER to the shores of Maple World with the MapleStory x DAVE THE DIVER collaboration.
Featuring immersive mini-games and exclusive event systems, this collaboration delivers a fully integrated and rewarding experience for fans of both titles. The update also continues the Global MapleStory-exclusive event Ride or Die and features the unlock of the 3rd and 4th Mastery Nodes.

Here’s what to expect from the crossover event:
Save the Diver
Stranded by a sudden storm, Dave, Cobra, and Bancho need help. Players can take on chaptered story missions to gain additional upgrade unlocks for Bancho Sushi and more diverse critters under the sea to hunt, as well as a wealth of Diver Tokens to use to upgrade their diving gear or buy cosmetics or character growth related items.
Blue Hole Exploration
Inspired by the iconic location from DAVE THE DIVER, this is an interaction event where players suit up and explore the Blue Hole. Gameplay closely mirrors the game, including fishing mechanics and system upgrades. Missions from Save the Diver enhance this experience, unlocking new interactions and rewards.
Bancho Sushi
After catching fish in the Blue Hole, players head to Bancho Sushi to fulfill orders and serve patrons. This phase recreates the restaurant gameplay from DAVE THE DIVER, letting players prepare sushi and manage the bar while tying into the Blue Hole exploration.
Blue Hole Codex
Each fish caught in the Blue Hole adds a new entry to the Creature Encyclopedia. Completing entries rewards players with exclusive DAVE THE DIVER cosmetics and additional completion bonuses.
While event rewards and progression end on August 26, Maplers can continue enjoying DAVE THE DIVER mini-games through September 23.

The Ride or Die Journey Returns
Kazax continues his devious plans. Players must help Libae, a new Inspector, and defeat Kazax’s new threats, challenge the brand-new difficulty Code X, and face the Trials. Players can earn a myriad of exclusive rewards and bonuses.
HEXA Mastery Node Completion
The update also introduces the 3rd and 4th HEXA Mastery Nodes. With the completion of the Mastery Nodes, players can enjoy a significant boost to 6th job characters, with each class experiencing shifts in dynamics and increased flexibility in skill enhancement and choices with the newly added nodes.
