Victoria 3 Expansion Pass 2 includes Charters of Commerce (Mechanics Pack), National Awakening (Immersion Pack), Iberian Twilight (Immersion Pack), Songs of the Homeland (Music Pack), and the Trade Ships Bonus Pack. Players can purchase Expansion Pass 2 now on Steam for $35.97.
Also, Paradox revealed that Charters of Commerce, the Mechanics Pack in Victoria 3 Expansion Pass 2, will launch on June 17 for $19.99. This trade-themed pack adds a powerful new layer to Victoria 3’s economy, introducing company charters, monopolies, diplomatic trade treaties, and prestige goods.
