Based on the manga written and illustrated by Kousuke Satake, The Witch and the Beast is currently airing weekly on Crunchyroll. “Soumonka” is available now on-demand worldwide (excluding mainland China), having become a hit since the series premiere.
The three-piece band Sokoninaru possesses a technical and heavy sound, utilizing their male and female vocalists for their strong harmonies. The group has been on two tours of Europe and played successful headline shows in Taiwan and Hong Kong, showing their passionate support overseas. The song “Soumonka” builds on their expected sound with robust, rock-inspired instrumentation and dramatic vocals. It perfectly fits the anime and dark fantasy setting.
