Gun Interactive is teaming up with horror legend Barbara Crampton! From titles such as Re-Animator, You’re Next, and Suitable Flesh, Barbara has cemented herself as a powerhouse in the genre as both one of horror’s best-leading actresses and as a producer.

“It’s been such a treat to work with Barbara. I mean, come on, it’s Barbara Crampton! She’s an icon in the horror industry! She’s kind, passionate about her work, and a true creative. It’s not easy to bring a character in a video game to life. The vocal performance required to make pixels feel human is difficult. Barbara barely broke a sweat. I’m looking forward to adding her character into the world of Texas Chain Saw Massacre. Y’all are in for something special!” – Wes Keltner, CEO and President, Gun Interactive.

Crampton will not only be voice acting as an upcoming Victim in The Texas Chain Saw Massacre but her character, named Virginia, will also use her likeness.

“Gunnar Hansen was my friend, so it’s been a great experience to keep the wonderful legacy of The Texas Chain Saw Massacre going with my inclusion in this game. Working with all the folks at GUN on my new DLC character has been a remarkable experience! They are among the best in the business. I’m so proud of what they have created and excited for everyone to see all the new stuff!” – Barbara Crampton.

While this is still in development, more news will soon be released about Barbara Crampton’s character, Virgina, in The Texas Chain Saw Massacre. Stay tuned to the official channels to stay up to date.

Also, The Texas Chain Saw Massacre will be available for free to all Xbox players—not just those with Game Pass—as part of Xbox Free Play Days for All, lasting this Thursday, February 22nd, through the weekend.

The Texas Chain Saw Massacre is available on Playstation 4, Playstation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam and the Microsoft Store, as well as Game Pass on Xbox and PC.

Fans can follow TXChainSawGame on Reddit, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook for news and to interact with the community.
