Escape rooms offer puzzles, excitement, and a whole world of innovating. If escape rooms are you jam, then grab your Switch and settle in because iam8bit and Skybound Games, with the creative masterminds of Coin Crew Games, have launched Escape Academy: The Complete Edition for Nintendo Switch. Available for purchase right now via the Nintendo eShop for $29.99, Escape Academy: The Complete Edition includes the base game and the DLC expansions, Escape from Anti-Escape Island and Escape from the Past. Escape Academy: The Complete Edition offers the definitive way to enjoy all that the award-winning puzzle game offers.

“It’s an honor to bring Escape Academy to the Nintendo Switch,” said Mike Salyh, co-founder of Coin Crew Games. “We’re always trying to bring players together and get them thinking, talking, and having fun. The Switch is a perfect platform for this kind of game.” Coin Crew Games co-founder Wyatt Bushnell added, “A few years ago, we set out to make a really good escape game, and we’re truly proud to have created a completely new puzzle-solving experience that can be played solo and together with friends and family.”

Escape Academy welcomes players to a prestigious academy. The game will challenge players to become the ultimate Escapist, and the escape rooms are designed by IRL experts. More than a dozen escape rooms can be enjoyed alone or in local and online co-op. Players must solve puzzles, unearth mysteries, and explore the Academy alongside its zany cast of faculty and students.

After triumphantly completing their courses, players can continue their studies in the game’s first DLC expansion, Escape from Anti-Escape Island. It introduces a deviously difficult set of puzzles in a vacation gone wrong. Then, they can investigate a new narrative in the game’s second included DLC expansion, Escape from the Past, a prequel story set in the 1950s. It features a thought-provoking whodunit mystery with the longest escapes in Escape Academy yet. Do you have what it takes to be an Escapist?
