From RPGs to Battle Royale, emotional indies to AAA adventures, this list took rankings of games from 10 of our contributors. With such a diverse game catalog, there were many to choose from, the only metric was our contributor’s personal opinions on the media. So, let’s get into the top games of 2019.

The Outer Worlds is a new single-player first-person sci-fi RPG from Obsidian Entertainment and Private Division. As you explore the furthest reaches of space and encounter various factions, all vying for power, the character you decide to become will determine how this player-driven story unfolds.
