AMC Networks has officially released the first trailer for its newest series in Anne Rice’s Immortal Universe, Anne Rice’s Talamasca The Secret Order.

The new show will focus on a secretive society, the Talamasca, responsible for monitoring and containing supernatural beings around the globe. Headlined by Nicholas Denton, the series also features a cast including Elizabeth McGovern, William Fichtner, Maisie Richardson-Sellers, and Celine Buckens.

The series follows the critically beloved Interview With The Vampire Season 2, which we called, “effortlessly exceptional.” And said, “Interview With The Vampire Season 2 is an intimate and heartbreaking look at love. The season once again captures the beauty and cruelty of the eternal connections that Anne Rice is known for, and it does it effortlessly.”

What is Anne Rice’s Talamasca The Secret Order?

This new series continues AMC’s expansion of Anne Rice’s novels from the Mayfair Witches to the Vampire Chronicles (which the network calls Anne Rice’s Immortal Universe). The show follows the character Guy Anatole (Nicholas Denton), a law student who is approached by a Talamasca representative. He quickly discovers that this shadowy organization has been tracking him for years.

This revelation pulls him into a hidden world of agents and immortal beings who have long maintained a fragile balance with the human world. The series delves into this secret society and its perilous mission to retain control over the supernatural.
