Shark Dentist is just what it says on the box, keeping 2025’s shark love going. This year belongs to sharks at this point. With Shudder’s return to the water, Dangerous Animals, the original shark that started it all with Jaws‘ 50th anniversary, or the cult hit Onsen Shark Attack, it’s all about the animal so great, we gave them a week. Shark Denist is adding to it all.

Alice Games has shared that the studio’s latest nightmare, Shark Dentist, is a chilling horror experience that thrusts players into a subterranean clinic where the patients are apex predators and a single slip-up means instant death. Inspired by the likes of Buckshot Roulette, Shark Dentist delivers a unique blend of dark humor, roguelike elements, and a deeply unsettling atmosphere.

What is Shark Dentist From Alice Games?

Shark Dentist From Alice Games

Players step into the worn gloves of a shark dentist working in a grimy, flickering basement. The setting alone creates a disturbing ambiance, filled with rusty chains and the unsettling sound of unknown breathing. Your mission? Perform intricate dental procedures on massive sharks, all while they are precariously sedated. The catch? These aren’t your typical docile patients.

One of the game’s real selling points for creature feature fans is that the sharks are never fully out, and one wrong move or a lapse in focus will trigger a brutal jump scare as the beast snaps awake and devours you whole. This means that precision is key. Gameplay demands unwavering precision, smart resource management, and frantic multitasking. You must carefully balance pain levels, administer crucial drugs, and monitor vital signs.

And it wouldn’t be a horror game without making sure the simple act of dentistry is really what you’re terrified of. Choose from a terrifying arsenal of authentic dental equipment, including drills, mirrors, and even circular saws, all under the immense pressure of your patient’s rapidly increasing stress level.
