Kakao Games’ popular Norse-inspired MMORPG, Odin: Valhalla Rising, just launched its summer update, packing in new dungeons, stylish outfits, and fresh features. This update is available now, bringing the heat after leaving winter behind.

Prepare for intense cooperative gameplay in the new Shadow Fortress elite dungeon. This challenging zone will push even the strongest guilds to their limits as they strive to conquer the final boss and obtain legendary-grade items. You can also acquire materials for the new “Imprint” system here, helping you achieve even greater power.

Adding to the challenge, the Shadow Fortress is a player-kill-enabled zone. Unlike other areas, players can eliminate each other without incurring penalties. The darkness intensifies the difficulty, as no names are displayed on screen, making it impossible to distinguish a friend from a foe.

Additionally, a refreshing, summer resort-themed event dungeon, Summer Island, is now open for four weeks. Defeating monsters here grants event items, including the Summer Party Scroll, which players can exchange for the Summer Party Skin Ticket. Each character boasts four summer-style outfits, available for a limited time from June 26 to July 30.

A login reward event is also underway as part of this update, offering players up to 77 summon tickets and a variety of other items.

  • Explore a vast, open world inspired by Norse mythology. Enjoy uninterrupted exploration on mobile or PC, with no loading screens outside of instanced dungeons.
  • Take on the new Shadow Fortress dungeon for a chance to obtain legendary items, if you can survive the darkness.
  • Beat the heat with new summer-themed cosmetics and the Summer Island event dungeon, open for a limited time.
