Nexon’s popular 2D side-scrolling MMORPG, Global MapleStory, has officially launched Part I of its summer “Stargazer” update. This initial phase brings a new character, Sia Astelle, along with the intense Challenger World and a variety of limited-time in-game events, offering players fresh adventures and formidable challenges.

Making her debut in Global MapleStory for the first time after appearing in MapleStory M, Sia Astelle is a Star Guardian who descends into Maple World as a cosmic crisis unfolds. A mysterious dark wish has thrown the constellations into chaos, disrupting the Star Spirit’s celestial duties. In combat, she harnesses the raw energy of the stars, weaving constellation-based magic into dazzling, high-impact spells. Her bold, star-charged combos and celestial strikes are designed to defeat enemies and “blast them into orbit.”

New Challenger World
The new Challenger World is packed with powerful stat bonuses and massive EXP boosts, encouraging players to take on tough challenges, defeat fierce bosses, and push their skills to the limit. Completing challenging missions earns players points, which can be exchanged for many rewards and exclusive items as they climb the ranks. Once these challenges are conquered, players can use World Leap to jump to Interactive or Heroic worlds and continue their adventure.
Additional Features and Events
- Hyper Burning MAX 1 + 4: Takes the leveling power of Hyper Burning to new heights. Like Hyper Burning, it helps players reach Level 260 even faster, now granting four bonus levels for every level gained.
- Morning Star Banquet event: Gerand Darmoor has summoned his apostles for a grand High Flora banquet, and players must infiltrate the gathering to uncover secret plots and sinister schemes. While there, they can help prepare feasts for daily rewards, exchange rewards in the Coin, Badge, and Meso Shops, clear monsters around their level range to help Breumi’s Clean Up for extra EXP bonuses, and earn powerful perks from Banquet’s Blessing.

- MapleStory X DAVE THE DIVER: Players dive into an exciting crossover event as Dave and his crew find themselves stranded in Maple World.
- Ride or Die Returns: Kazax is back with upgraded minions wreaking havoc. It is up to players to take them down and earn exclusive summer rewards.
- 6th Job Mastery Nodes: Unlock Mastery Nodes #3 and #4 to enhance core skills with even greater power.
