Chrono Odyssey, the upcoming time-bending MMORPG from Chrono Studio and Kakao Games is inching closer to its Beta. With the Beta beginning June 20, 2025, Kakao Games has also released an all-new gameplay trailer that showcases the game’s stunning mechanics and fractured world, and we can’t wait for you to see it.

“Everything in Chrono Odyssey is about how time—and the loss of it—shapes the world and its fate,” said Sangtae Yoon, Executive Producer. “This new trailer is a narrative invitation to players. The first closed beta is your chance to experience that world for yourself. We can’t wait to see what players think.”

Chrono Odyssey Key Game Features:

  • Time-Manipulation Combat: Get ready to chain devastating combos using time rewind and freeze mechanics. You can try out three core classes during the beta: Swordsman, Ranger, and Berserker.
  • An Unreal World: You’ll explore one explorable region filled with temporal rifts, shifting biomes, and environmental hazards. It all looks stunning, powered by Unreal Engine 5.
  • A New Era of MMORPG: This PC-exclusive beta will offer a curated gameplay slice, including early story quests, immersive combat, and scalable solo or party play.

New Gameplay Trailer: Dive Into Setera

The latest trailer deeply delves into Chrono Odyssey’s high-stakes war against divine forces. Here’s what caught our eye:

  • Explosive combat sequences and class abilities.
  • A look at Setera’s fractured realms, ranging from medieval landscapes to post-apocalyptic ruins. The environments look incredibly diverse.
  • Time-manipulation mechanics that seem to reshape both exploration and battles.

Sign-Ups Now Live on Steam

The beta will be active for a limited time, only 72 hours. If you’re eager to jump into this time-shattering adventure, you can register now for the PC Closed Beta at the official Steam page. The test will run from June 20 at 00:00 PDT through June 22 at 23:59 PDT, with servers localized for global access and feedback.
