Today, Pokelabo Inc. and Square Enix announced a collaboration event between SINoAlice and the anime series Rozen Maiden. This event will feature a newly written collaboration special scenario, Rozen Maiden character appearances, as well as audio from the original soundtrack. More information will be released at a later date, so look forward to it. SINoALICE is a smartphone game developed in a joint effort by SQUARE ENIX and Pokelabo. Its Japanese launch was on June 6th, 2017. The title, an original dark fantasy tale, comes from the mind of creative director Yoko Taro, with music composed by Keiichi Okabe and MONACA.
Between May 13th and May 20th, a Rozen Maiden pre-collaboration “Wind? Or don’t wind for crystals?” campaign will be held.
The synopsis for Rozen Maiden is: Jun Sakurada, a recluse middle school student, receives a strange package. Inside the package was a message, “Will you wind?”
If he chose to wind, he’d be given his new doll Shinku. If he chose not to wind, Jun would have gone on to become a university student. Two choices leading to two different paths. Yet somehow, both these paths had merged! Having chosen not to wind, Jun, free from his previous anxieties, struggles to find his place in the world. And in this world where “Rozen Maiden” should not exist is Shinku. Just what does their encounter mean?
