Today, XSEED Games, the independent-minded publishing brand of Marvelous USA, Inc., released the third wave of DLC for STORY OF SEASONS: Pioneers of Olive Town, which launched exclusively on the Nintendo Switch™ system on Mar. 23. Available for $19.99 as part of the ‘Expansion Pass’ on the Nintendo eShop, or as part of the ‘Expansion Pass Set’ including the base game for $69.99, the Terracotta Oasis Expansion Pack takes players to a desert village where four familiar characters (including two marriage candidates) from STORY OF SEASONS reside. Also releasing today as a separate purchase is the previously Europe-exclusive Fox Costume DLC, now available on the eShop for $1.99.

STORY OF SEASONS: Pioneers of Olive Town drops eager explorers in Olive Town, a charming seaside community on the edge of the untamed frontier, where they will work to breathe life back into their grandfather’s dilapidated farm. Though it may at first appear to be a sleepy burg, Olive Town is home to dozens of unique characters to befriend when players are ready to take a break from building their dream farm.
In this latest DLC, set sail from the dock by your house and meet the inhabitants of the Terracotta Oasis! Players can get acquainted, or reacquainted, with Raeger, Iris, Giorgio, and Marian, all returning following their first appearance in STORY OF SEASONS for Nintendo 3DS.
Terracotta Oasis Expansion Pack Characters Include:
- Raeger: A handsome young man who runs a local restaurant; he’s cool, friendly, and never at a loss for words. He takes his job as a chef very seriously and will often put his work before his health. Raeger is a marriage candidate for players.
- Iris: A talented novelist publishing bestsellers in a variety of genres, she’s constantly searching for new ideas. While she’s very caring by nature, she does have a mischievous streak that sometimes gets the better of her. Iris is a marriage candidate for players.
- Giorgio: A gregarious farmer fixated on flowers, Giorgio strives for beauty in all things.
- Marian: A fashionable doctor who, along with Giorgio, is part of the Beautiful Dreamer Alliance.
