It’s the month of Godzilla. From the 99-pack of Pabst Blue Ribbon Beer to the release of Monarch: Legacy of Monsters Season 2 on Apple TV, it’s only fitting that a collaboration timed event would be coming to Godzilla x Kong: Titan Chasers.

Publisher Tilting Point and developer Hunted Cow Games announced a limited-time collaboration between the Monarch: Legacy of Monsters television series and the 4X strategy MMO Godzilla x Kong: Titan Chasers. The timed event will run from March 2, 2026 through May 11, 2026 on iOS, Android, Steam, Epic Games Store and Microsoft Store.

The in-game event, “The Restless Ocean,” introduces an original episodic story campaign inspired by the series featuring new map events, exclusive rewards, and a limited-time recruitable monster. This timed event takes advantage of the growing Godzilla fanbase with the new season of the series. And at the center of the in-game collaboration, is a Monarch operation following the sudden emergence of Titan X.

What is Monarch: Legacy of Monsters x Godzilla x Kong: Titan Chasers Collaboration about?

The official synopsis for the timed event is: “In Godzilla x Kong: Titan Chasers, players are tasked with investigating Titan X’s appearance in the map and its destabilizing impact in the Siren Isles region. As tensions escalate, players will navigate mounting threats, uncover hidden connections involving Monarch and Apex Cybernetics, and make strategic decisions as Titan X’s movements threaten to reshape the battlefield. As the mystery deepens, Godzilla x Kong: Titan Chasers expands the scope of the Monarch universe through original gameplay-driven storytelling that unfolds alongside the series.”

The new narrative event is inspired by the second season of the Apple TV and Legendary series. In it’s sophomore season, Titan X emerges as the center of a large consuming mystery.

All event content is accessible through a dedicated in-game event hub, guiding players through challenges, story updates, and rewards. The new event-specific elements are:

  • New Recruitable Monster
  • Spawn of the Deep Map Events and additional map events
  • Exclusive Monarch-Themed Rewards
  • Themed Login Calendar & Explorer Pass

What is Titan X?

Titan X’s name is revealed as a placeholder for the creature’s true name in the second season’s promotional material. What we know about Titan X so-far is what we’ve seen in this collaboration. With Titan X being a focal point of Season 2, this event makes a good entry point for those looking to get involved with the rest of the Monsterverse. Titan X is described as an ancient force powerful force but no one knows its purpose.

The most interesting element of Titan X is that the description offered by Tilting Point for this event is that it “isn’t just another monster; it’s a living cataclysm.” We’ll see what happens next in the

Legacy of Monsters Season 2 will explain more of the lore, but for now, the role of the Titan in ancient Chile is what we know. The titan’s presence on the Chilean island of Santa Soledad caused the local inhabitants to worship it as a god that holds dominion over all marine life and brings the bounty of the sea once every few years.
