Today Vault Comics announced and gave a preview of the epic Yoshi Yoshitani variant covers for the first issue of Witchblood. Yoshitani’s gorgeous cover art will come in three different versions. A regular cover will be available as a 1:15 variant, a virgin cover as a 1:30 variant, and a deluxe foil edition printed on thick card stock will be available as a 1:50 variant.

A neon-soaked supernatural road trip adventure, Witchblood is co-created by writer Matthew Erman and artist Lisa Sterle, with colors by Gab Contreras and design by Tim Daniel. The full synopsis of issue #1 is: A modern, Wild West road trip about a witch named Yonna cruising the Southwest as a band of bloodthirsty biker vampires, The Hounds of Love, hunt her scattered coven for the source of all magic: witch blood. From the critically acclaimed creators of The Modern Witch Tarot Deck and Long Lost comes Witchblood, a blend of action, lore, and Americana-perfect for fans of Buffy and American Gods.

Vault Comics is an independent publisher of creator-owned science fiction, fantasy, and supernatural horror comics.

Witchblood will be available on March 31st, 2021.  You can pre-order and purchase Witchblood through our ComiXology link.
