Today, ININ Games announced limited edition pre-orders for BEEP’s side-scrolling, shoot ‘em up the game, Cotton Reboot! on PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch. All three limited editions are available exclusively at the Strictly Limited Games Partner Store. The pre-order of the digital and physical retail edition will also be available soon.
One of Japan’s favorite shooter mascot is getting a worldwide release as a beautiful HD game with stunning graphics and remixed soundtracks in the form of Cotton Reboot! The game also features the fan-favorite Cotton: Fantastic Night Dreams for new fans and retro collectors alike. In Cotton Reboot!, the young and daring witch, Nata de Cotton, is headstrong but has a tendency to overreact. Riding on her broomstick, as all witches do, Nata de Cotton has her own sidekick and helper, a fairy named Silk, who accompanies her on her adventures.
The Limited Edition includes the game, manual, a reversible number, and is individually numbered as proof for collectors. It is available for $39.99 and limited to 3,000 Nintendo Switch copies and 1,500 PlayStation 4 copies worldwide.
The Collector’s Edition is $79.99 and limited to 2,000 copies for Nintendo Switch and 1,000 copies for PS4. It includes the game, manual, reversible cover, tea set, soundtrack (with both the original and remastered tracks), artbook, pixelated cotton enamel pin, flyer, sticker sheet, shikishi, and a Collector’s Edition box with a magnetic lock.
The Deluxe 68000 Collector’s Edition, which is limited to 499 Nintendo Switch copies and 299 PS4 copies worldwide, is available for $129.99. It includes everything from the Collector’s Edition, as well as the X68000-style Collector’s Edition shock box, X68000-style manual, yunomi teacup, Japanese telephone card replica, decal sticker, and a hand-signed Certificate of Authenticity.
