Raji: An Ancient Epic, developed by Nodding Heads Games and published by Super.com, is an action-adventure game steeped in ancient Indian folklore, artwork and music. The game is set to launch on October 15 on PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4. In Raji: An Ancient Epic, Nodding Heads Games utilizes a traditional Pahari art style to bring the world of ancient Indian folklore to life. The game thrusts players into a deadly war between gods and demons with two siblings caught in the middle. The human race is in peril, but when all hope seems lost, the gods choose Raji, a young girl, to be their champion.
A new trailer, along with a playable Prologue available on Steam, is now available to showcase the game prior to release.
The Prologue introduces players to the world, offering a 40-minute look at the game’s first level.
Raji: An Ancient Epic includes rich storytelling, stunning artwork and an exciting and challenging combat system, letting players choose from a variety of powerful weapons gifted to Raji by the gods, like the traditional Trishul and Sharanga bow. Plus, for the very first time, experience a game set in ancient India and infused with Hindu and Balinese mythology.
The game is currently available on Nintendo Switch. It will launch on PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4 on October 15 next week.
