Enad Global 7 (EG7) announced on Friday that Minimal Affect, a comical sci-fi action RPG developed by Toadman Studios, will come to most major consoles and Windows PC in 2021. Created by a team of longtime sci-fi fans, the game is a love letter to a wildly popular genre and aims to deliver an authentic, but unexpected, “space epic” with a diverse crew of characters.
“Minimal Affect is our homage to some of the greatest sci-fi RPGs, movies, and shows that we absolutely love,” said Rasmus Davidsson, the game’s Creative Director. “While the story is ridiculous, the gameplay certainly is not – this is a fully fledged action-RPG created in the art-style of adult animation you know and love. It’s a super galactic tale of space adventure, comedy, and questionable morality.”
Minimal Affect is a story-driven space adventure with a colorful cast of characters on a quest to save the galaxy once again and get into a lot of space alien combat. Guide your team, meet new characters, learn new skills, and explore side quests in a vibrant world.
Developed by Toadman Studios and published by Sold Out, two companies in the EG7 group, Minimal Affect will launch in North America and Europe in 2021.
